These terms govern your use of SCORM Classroom Bridge ("the App"), operated by Designs for Learning ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a self-hosted learning management tool that integrates SCORM content packages with Google Classroom. It allows teachers to upload SCORM packages, assign them to students, and synchronize grades with Google Classroom.
The App is intended for use by schools and educational organizations. Access requires a Google account and is granted through your school's Google Workspace domain. Individual accounts are managed by school and district administrators.
SCORM packages are uploaded and managed by teachers and administrators. We do not create, review, or endorse the educational content within packages. The uploading organization is responsible for ensuring content is appropriate and properly licensed.
The App connects to Google Classroom using OAuth 2.0 with your explicit consent. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. Revoking access will prevent the App from syncing courses, rosters, and grades on your behalf.
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. The App is self-hosted by your school or district — we do not operate a centralized cloud service that stores your data.
The App is self-hosted software. Uptime and availability depend on the hosting organization's infrastructure. We provide the software but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates are the responsibility of the hosting organization.
The App software is owned by Designs for Learning. Schools are granted a license to use the App for their educational purposes. SCORM content uploaded to the App remains the property of the respective content owners.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Designs for Learning is not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from SCORM content, Google API changes, or hosting infrastructure failures. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the App, if any.
Schools may stop using the App at any time. We may terminate access for organizations that violate these terms. Upon termination, all associated data will be deleted from the hosting server.
We may update these terms as the App evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via your school administrator.
